Dana teaches voice, piano, guitar, and flute lessons from her home studio in West Linn, Oregon.

In addition to her experience as a professional musician, Dana’s teaching is supported by an extensive background in education and curriculum development.

During her 20-year career in emergency medicine as a paramedic and educator, she ultimately founded and operated a private college with campuses in Portland and Vancouver which prepared more than 500 EMTs and paramedics for licensing at the state and national levels.

With music as a passion since childhood -- she studied classical guitar from age 11, along with piano and flute, and majored in voice in college -- Dana has taught music students for many years.  She has performed throughout the region with her duos, trios, and full bands at festivals, corporate parties, weddings, house concerts, and clubs.

Aside from music and education, Dana's passions include photography, horses, her husband and three children, their cat Napoleon, and pretty much anything to do with the great outdoors.
